"There’s so much to say, yet so little time to say it. The amount of gratitude I have, not only for this company, but also for the one and only Ryan Neff, is an amount that cannot be expressed by mere words. I was in Walmart the other day, when all of a sudden the Taco Bell I had ate earlier in the day started whispering softly for me to go to the bathroom. Little did I know this trip would have a tragic turn. As I was sitting and pondering in the bathroom, the deed had been done within 5 minutes yet I sat for another 25. It was in that time that I checked my current car insurance payments and thought to myself “If only these were lower, they’re really taxing me right now”. 30 minutes passed by and I finally decided it was time to get up but I look over and in disbelief I gasped like I’ve never gasped before. There was no toilet paper. Shaking frantically, on the verge of a panic attack I’m trying to plan how I can get out of this conundrum. I hear a voice from the outside of the stall “You need this?” As a strong masculine hand reached over with a roll of premium ultra soft toilet paper. “I’m always here when you need me the most” they said as I grabbed the roll with a sense of relief. As I’m using the premium ultra soft toilet paper, I see a card slide under the stall, it was a car insurance quote from State Farm for less than what I was currently paying. The man said “I gotta go now, just figured I’d help you out with those” in disbelief I said “Wait… what’s your name?” The man replied “Neff.. Ryan Neff… at State Farm”. I tried to hurry so I could meet this man and thank him for saving me from two tragic situations but alas I was too slow. As I exited the stall, he was nowhere to be found so I ran out of the bathroom to only find that he disappeared. I looked down at that insurance quote and there it was.. a way to contact Ryan. Today I contacted him and got everything switched over to State Farm and it was a breeze and I even have more benefits than I did with the previous company. I will forever owe State Farm my gratitude for this."
